Insurance and Fees Patients are responsible for all fees and services. However, if you have insurance, we will take assignment for the portion that the insurance covers. You are responsible at the time of service for your deductible and the percentage that your insurance does not cover. Those patients who do not have insurance are responsible for all services and fees in full. However, there are several payment plans available for your selection at the beginning of your care. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment of services.
